A routine of health cultivation exercises based on ancient Chinese discipline for health, relaxation and meditation. 

It uses gentle slow movement in combination with breathing to release tension, improve blood flow, maintain and enhance suppleness and tone, promote a heightened intergration of body, mind and spirit.
